Who made it

Every one of our chokers is handmade in Armenia, in Colombia's coffee region. They started with a very small team of makers, and as demand grew we commissioned the Asociación de Artesanos de Armenia to help make them. The cooperative is made up of single parents, each the head of their family, so every order creates much-needed work for them and their families.

Each piece is still cut, fringed and stone-set by hand, so no two are ever exactly the same.

Caring for your choker
