White & Green Ombré Scalloped Beaded Collar Necklace: a one-of-a-kind Colombian beaded necklace, handmade by Zenú women from glass seed beads (chaquira).

Fresh as spring. Crisp white beadwork melts into scalloped loops of lemon yellow and leafy green, fading from light to deep like an ombré dip-dye. It looks beautiful on summer brides, garden parties and anyone who loves a soft, natural palette.

Colours

White, lemon yellow and leaf green (ombré). Because every piece is threaded by hand, bead shades can vary slightly from the photos, which is part of what makes yours unique.

How to wear it

Fresh as spring. Lovely for summer brides, garden parties and holidays, and with white, cream, denim or soft pastels.

Handmade by Zenú women in Colombia

Every piece is woven bead by tiny bead by Zenú women in Colombia, using fine glass seed beads (known in Colombia as chaquira) and techniques passed down through generations. Each piece takes many hours of patient work, so no two are ever exactly the same. Yours is truly one of a kind.

When you buy from Stand Out and Shout Out, the makers are paid fairly for their skill, helping their families build brighter futures and keeping their craft alive.

Caring for your necklace

  • Store it flat or loosely coiled so the beadwork keeps its shape
  • Keep it away from water, perfume and lotions
  • Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth

Good to know

Is it really one of a kind? Yes. Each piece is designed and beaded by hand, so no two are ever exactly the same.

What are chaquira beads? Chaquira is the Colombian name for tiny glass seed beads. Zenú artisans thread them one by one into patterns passed down through generations.

Will it arrive safely? Every piece is packed flat in a protective collar box so the beadwork keeps its shape on the way to you.
